We are Allee

Allee is one of the leading retail schemes in Hungary attracting more than 16.5 million visitors each year. The multifunctional center on the top of the 46,700 sq m GLA 4th generation shopping center includes 7,145 sq m A+ category office towers. Allee easily reaches 744,694 inhabitans living in 15-minute drive-time, and allures thousands of consumers nationwide, considering it has been a traditional shopping location since 1976.

The variety of food & beverage offer of eateries and á la carte restaurants, the cozy promenade alongside the mall with its restaurant terraces and art-market, with the combination of a 13-screen cinema create a sparkling environment for entertainment for its over 16.5 million visitors during the year.

Refurbishment

This is my Allee.

The refurbishment of Allee, approximately 11 years after its initial opening, demonstrates the owner's commitment to the modernization of the shopping center to keep up with consumer trends and expectations. Various design elements will be implemented in the common areas of the center with a new wayfinding system, creating an appealing public space.

One of the key elements of the project is the renovation and enlargement of the Food Court, which creates a fresh, new look and a modern environment for its customers. High-quality seating areas and additional services support the activities in the whole shopping center.

The aim is to get the best out of Allee, so every minute spent in the mall can give a fuller experience.

The corridors are developed in an environmentally conscious manner by applying modern technologies to create more sustainable and friendlier spaces.
