Allee is a premium mixed-use shopping mall located in Buda, at the heart of Hungary, in the 11   district of the capital.


The mall has an excellent location on Buda side at a busy transportation junction with great accessibility from Pest side as well from the highways.


Allee, since its opening in 2009 in an already well established commercial area, enjoys nearly 100% occupancy.

46,700 sq m GLA 4 generation shopping center includes 7,145 sq m A+ category office towers. Allee easily reaches 699,280 inhabitants living within a 15-minute drive-time, and attracts thousands of consumers nationwide, considering it has been a traditional shopping location since 1976.

The variety of food & beverage offer of eateries and á la carte restaurants, the cozy promenade alongside the mall with its restaurant terraces and art-market, with the combination of a 13-screen cinema create a sparkling environment for entertainment for its 12 million visitors during the year.

Our visitors are well-to-do, highly educated, actively working, living in the capital/Buda, come at least once a week or more frequency. Most of families having children.

51% of our customers visit Allee minimum once a week equally by car and by public transport.
The conversion rate is 70%.

Visitors are mainly interested in fashion, multimedia, home appliances, restaurants and meeting with friends.

The foodcourt of Allee, that was opened in 2011, demonstrates the owner's commitment to the modernization of the shopping center to keep up with consumer trends and expectations. Various design elements will be implemented in the common areas of the center with a new wayfinding system, creating an appealing public space.

One of the key elements of the project is the renovation and enlargement of the Food Court, which creates a fresh, new look and a modern environment for its customers. High-quality seating areas and additional services support the activities in the whole shopping center.

The aim is to get the best out of Allee, so every minute spent in the mall can give a fuller experience.
